We are very happy to announce the first All-European Orthodox Youth Conference, jointly organized by the European youth committee of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia, with organizers from Germany, England, Spain and Italy. 

The conference will take place from 03 to 08 of September 2026 in the small town of Bocca di Magra, in a historic hotel overviewing the Italian seaside. 

What is it about?

Our goal is it, to:

• Establish a sustainable network of Orthodox youth organizations across Europe
• Promote intercultural learning and international understanding
• Strengthen youth participation and self-organization
• Develop joint European youth projects

The five-day conference includes common prayers, meals, workshops, open-space sessions, and cultural activities, as well as a trip to Florence. 

Who can participate?

All young people from across Europe between 18 and 35 years, who actively take part in the youth programs of the orthodox church, who regularly participate in and/or organize different kind of youth events. For the committee it is very important, that all participants get the highest possible benefit from the conference – we therefore kindly ask all participants, to actively take part in all of the activities during the conference.

How much does it cost?

We have three options of tickets:

• Standard: 350 €
• Sponsors: 450 € (if you want to help the financial situation of the conference)
• Discount: 250 € (for students and people in difficult situations, limited number of tickets)

If we would divide the total estimated costs of the conference with the number of participants, the actual price per person would be around 780 €. We are currently looking for donations and sponsoring, to bring the price down to 350 € (on average) or less.

We recommend all young people to ask their priest/parish council to support their attendance at the conference by covering part or all of the participation fee. You can download a recommendation letter to give to the priest or parish council here:

The registration will be open from end of November 2025 and until February 1st 2026. The registration process is as follows:
